At The Hook Up we strongly advocate independent artists setting up their own labels to self-release their music. With the seismic changes that the Music Industry has undergone in the past decade, self-releasing has become an increasingly viable option and indeed for many artists it is the only available option. We are however very aware that every artist’s circumstances and budget are different and that varying levels of assistance and guidance are required from case to case. As such we provide a very fluid service that can be tailored to your specific needs. This can range from us setting up your label from scratch and handling the manufacturing, distribution and promotion of your music on your behalf to a background advisory role where our range of services, industry experience and contacts are available to you as and when you require them.
